Okay, so I’ve been messing around with witchcraft symbols lately, and it’s been a wild ride. I wanted to share what I’ve been up to, just in case anyone else is curious about this stuff.
Getting Started
First things first, I grabbed a bunch of books and started digging through websites. It’s a lot, I’m not gonna lie. There are so many symbols, and they all mean different things. So, I decided to focus on a few that really spoke to me.
My Symbol Deep Dive
- The Pentacle: This one’s pretty popular, and I totally get why. It’s a five-pointed star, usually inside a circle. I learned that it represents the five elements – earth, air, fire, water, and spirit. I sketched it out a bunch of times in my notebook, just to get a feel for it. Tried drawing it with charcoal, that was messy but fun!
- The Triple Moon: This one shows the waxing, full, and waning moon. Represents the Goddess. Makes Sense. I doodled this one all over my planner. It’s just so pretty and flowy.
- The Ankh: This is an Egyptian symbol that looks like a cross with a loop on top. It’s all about life and immortality. I actually tried making a little one out of clay. It didn’t turn out perfect, but it was cool to hold it in my hand and feel like I was connecting with something ancient.
Putting it into Practice (Sort Of)
So, I’m not exactly casting spells or anything (yet!). But I did start incorporating these symbols into my daily life. I drew a small pentacle on a piece of paper and tucked it into my wallet for protection, felt kind of safer I don’t know. And I’ve been wearing a triple moon necklace, just because it makes me feel good. Maybe more connected or powerful.

The Results?
It’s hard to say if it’s “working” in any magical sense. But I do feel more… focused, I guess? More aware of the energy around me. And honestly, it’s just been really fun to learn about this stuff and experiment. I feel more connected to the my own spiritual stuff.
I’m definitely going to keep exploring. Maybe try some simple rituals, see where that takes me. It’s all a learning process, right? And that’s the fun part!
