Condition 1: Unconditional Order Cancellation

 

Regular Orders: If your order has not yet been produced or shipped (based on the latest tracking information), you may cancel it unconditionally without any penalties.

Custom Orders: Custom products, which are produced based on specific customer requests, are scheduled for production immediately. Therefore, custom orders cannot be canceled unconditionally once placed.

 

Condition 2: Conditional Order Cancellation

 

Regular Orders: If your order has been shipped (a tracking number has been provided) but the goods are still within Chinese customs and have not yet left the country, you may cancel the order. However, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total order amount will apply.

Custom Orders: If the product has not yet been shipped (tracking number has not been provided), canceling a custom order within 24 hours will incur a fee of 10% of the product cost. Canceling a custom order after 24 hours will incur a fee of 30% of the product cost.

 

Condition 3: Non-Cancellable Orders

 

All Orders: Orders that have been shipped (a tracking number has been provided) and have left the borders of China cannot be canceled. In such cases, cancellations are not supported.
