Okay, so I’ve been seeing “sexy goth lingerie” all over my Pinterest and TikTok, and I just had to try it out. I’m not usually a super goth person, but I love trying new styles, and this looked like so much fun.
Finding the Right Pieces
First, I scrolled through a bunch of online stores. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for at first, just that I wanted something, you know, goth but also kinda cute. It was a little overwhelming with so many choices!
- I checked out some of the usual fast-fashion places, but the quality looked kinda iffy.
- Then I looked at some more “alternative” shops, but they were a bit too hardcore for me.
- Finally, I found a few pieces on a site that had a good mix of styles.
The Shopping Process
I ended up picking out a black lace bodysuit with some strappy details, and a pair of high-waisted, ripped fishnet stockings. I also grabbed a velvet choker, because, why not? The whole process of actually finding the look I like is * I do love the process!
Trying It On
When the package arrived, I was so excited! I immediately tried everything on.
The bodysuit was surprisingly comfortable! The lace was soft, not scratchy, and the straps were adjustable, which was great. The fishnets were a little tricky to get on without ripping them further, but I managed. The choker was the perfect finishing touch.
Rocking the Look
I felt super confident and, dare I say, kinda badass! It’s definitely a different vibe from my usual style, but I loved it. I even did my makeup a little darker than usual, with some winged eyeliner and a dark red lipstick. The process made me love the look even more!
I took some pictures, of course. I mean, who wouldn’t? I played around with different poses and lighting to get the right mood. The lighting was key – I went for a dimmer, more mysterious vibe.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’m so glad I tried this out! It was a fun way to step outside of my comfort zone and experiment with a new style.
Will I wear it every day? Probably not. But it’s definitely a look I’ll pull out for special occasions or when I’m just feeling a little extra. I’m really feeling good about myself!
