Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this whole “Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I figured I’d share my, uh, “process” – if you can even call it that.
Diving In Headfirst (and Probably Clumsily)
First, I jumped right in. No plan, no strategy, just pure, unadulterated enthusiasm. I googled “Ilvermorny” like a maniac, trying to soak up every bit of information I could find. I mean, who needs a plan when you have the internet, right?
Information Overload!
My brain basically exploded with all the stuff I found. Websites, forums, fan theories – it was all a jumbled mess. I tried to make sense of it, I really did. I started taking notes, but they ended up looking like a toddler’s scribbles. Organized? Nope. Helpful? Debatable.
Building…Something
Then came the “building” phase. I decided I wanted to, like, create something related to Ilvermorny. No clear idea what, mind you. I just knew I wanted to make something. I fumbled around with some ideas, discarding most of them as quickly as they popped into my head.

- Idea 1: A super-detailed map. Result: Looked like a spilled ink blot.
- Idea 2: A complex sorting quiz. Result: I got bored halfway through making the questions.
- Idea 3: tried to find some pictures about it. Result:It’s pretty cool.
Giving Up (Temporarily)
Yeah, so I kind of hit a wall. Frustration set in. I may or may not have thrown a small, Nerf-related tantrum. I decided a break was in order. Sometimes, you just gotta step away and, you know, breathe.
A Spark of Something
After my little “break” (which mostly involved snacks and mindless internet browsing), I had a tiny spark of an idea. A much smaller, much more manageable idea. It was still pretty rough, but hey, progress is progress, right?
The Final (Sort Of) Product
So, after all that chaos, I actually managed to put something * is pretty * wasn’t exactly what I envisioned at the start (which, let’s be honest, was nothing), but it was something. And that’s a win in my book.
And, that’s my messy, chaotic journey into the world of Ilvermorny. Hope you, uh, enjoyed the ride. Or at least didn’t get too dizzy.
