Okay, so I’ve been dealing with, like, major anxiety lately. It’s been rough. I heard someone talking about crystals and how they can help, and I was like, “Okay, I’m desperate, I’ll try anything!” So I decided to make a bracelet specifically for anxiety and panic attacks.
First, I hit up the internet. Gotta do some research, right? I looked up different crystals that people said were good for calming nerves and stuff. It was kinda overwhelming, there are so many!
My Crystal Choices
- Amethyst: Seemed like everyone said this one was good for stress relief and calming the mind.
- Lepidolite: This one I found mentioned for reducing anxiety and panic, so definitely a must-have.
- Rose Quartz: For, like, self-love and emotional healing, which I figured wouldn’t hurt!
- Black Tourmaline: it’s good at absorbing negative energy.
Next, I went to this little bead shop near my place. They have tons of crystals and beads and all that stuff. I picked out some small, smooth beads of each of the crystals I wanted. It felt kind of nice just being there, surrounded by all the pretty stones.
Then, I grabbed some stretchy cord. I’m no jewelry-making expert, so I needed something easy to work with! I measured my wrist, and cut a piece of cord a little longer, just to be safe.
Now for the fun part! I started stringing the beads onto the cord. I didn’t really have a pattern, I just put them on in whatever order felt right. I made sure to have a mix of all the different crystals. It was actually kinda therapeutic, just focusing on the beads and the string.
Once all the beads were on, I carefully tied a knot. Then, trim off the excess * added super glue to make sure it would be durable.
And… that’s it! My anxiety-busting crystal bracelet was done! I put it on, and honestly, even if it’s just a placebo effect, I feel a little bit calmer already. It’s like a little reminder to take a deep breath and try to relax. I’ve been wearing it every day, and I think it’s actually helping. At the very least, it’s a pretty bracelet, and it reminds me to take care of myself. I’ve definitely felt it working.
