Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “black goth lingerie” trend popping up all over my socials, and I gotta say, I was intrigued. I’ve always been drawn to darker aesthetics, but my lingerie drawer was seriously lacking. So, I decided to take the plunge and, you know, experience it for myself. Document the whole shebang, of course.

First things first, I needed to find some pieces. Hit up a few different stores. Seriously, I went everywhere.
- The first shop was a bit…intense. Lots of chains and leather. Not really my vibe.
- Then I check out the shop on net ,Found some stuff, but the sizing seemed way off.
- Finally, I check out the shop, I always go shopping, and BINGO. Found some stuff that looked promising – a mix of lace, mesh, and some cute little satin bows.
I grabbed a few different things: a lacy bralette, a high-waisted thong with some strappy details, and a sheer robe-thingy. I wanted to have options, you know?
Next up: the try-on. Honestly, this was the most nerve-wracking part. I mean, I’m pretty comfortable with my body, but putting on something this…extra…felt a bit daunting. But, you know, gotta commit to the content, right?

I started with the bralette and thong. Okay, wow. The lace was surprisingly soft, not scratchy at all. And the straps? Actually pretty flattering. I added the robe, and it instantly made the whole thing feel more…dramatic. Like, I could be lounging in a haunted mansion, sipping red wine and plotting revenge. Or, you know, just chilling on my couch. Either way.
I spent a good chunk of time just…admiring myself in the mirror. It’s weird how a few pieces of fabric can totally change your vibe. I felt confident, a little bit dangerous, and definitely more interesting than I do in my usual cotton undies.
I took a bunch of pictures (for research purposes, obviously). Played around with different poses, tried different lighting. It was actually kind of fun! And, gotta say, the photos turned out pretty good. Might even post one on my finsta….
The Verdict?
I’m totally sold. This whole “black goth lingerie” thing? It’s a vibe. It’s not something I’d wear every day, but it’s definitely a fun way to spice things up and feel a little bit more…powerful. It is so cool!
If you’re on the fence, I say go for it! Just find pieces that make you feel good, and don’t be afraid to embrace your inner darkness. (Or, you know, just enjoy some pretty lace.)
