Okay, so I stumbled upon this thing called “Witchcraft” the other day, and I was like, “What the heck is that?” I’m always up for learning something new, so I decided to do a little digging and document everything, you know, just for fun.
My Witchcraft Exploration
First, I simply typed “what is witchcraft” into the search bar. I figured, start with the basics, right? A bunch of stuff popped up, but I was looking some simple explain, So I scrolled through a few articles and stuff. Seems like there’s a LOT of different ideas about what it actually is.
I started to realize that there is no singular definition, I found that:
- Some people see it as a religion, connected to nature and stuff.
- Others think of it more like a practice, using rituals and spells.
- And then there’s the whole historical aspect, with all the witch trials and such. that is creepy.
It was making my head spin a little, So, it can be about connecting with nature, or using rituals for specific goals, or even just understanding old traditions.
I watched a couple of videos from people who actually practice Witchcraft. I wanted to get an actual person’s perspective, not just read about it. That helped a lot. It was cool to see how different people approach it.
After all that, I decided to make a simple mind map. Just to jot down all the different things I’d learned and see how they connected. That really helped me organize my thoughts.
