Return and Exchange Time Limit
Under normal circumstances, this policy is valid for 48 hours/2 days. If more than 48 hours have passed since you received the goods, unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. We accept returns or exchange for defective products only. For any product quality issues, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the packaging and the product.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Condition 1
We will cover return shipping and replacement costs in the following cases:
- Mismatch or errors in product customization.
- Damage/stains or unclear image/rendering or text.
- Wrong size sent because of GothicStyle.
- Incorrect items sent or lost goods.
- Defects or other issues.
Condition 2
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. For health and hygiene reasons, we also do not accept returns of cosmetics, intimates, personal hygiene products, certain bras, piercing jewelry, swimwear, herbs, aromatherapy products, or beauty products.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items and Final Sale Items.
- Some health and personal care products.
- One-of-a-kind item.
- Customized items.
- Customer ordered the wrong item or selected the wrong size because of themselves.
- Product is unsuitable.
- Personal reasons such as personal taste, dislike, or change of mind.
- Package returned to GothicStyle due to failure to collect from the local post office in a timely manner.
Condition 3
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
All products purchased on our website come with free standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, you can opt for this service for an additional fee. Please note that expedited shipping is considered an additional custom service and is non-refundable according to our refund policy. Once expedited shipping is selected and paid for, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please submit all return requests via email to support@gothicstyle.online. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Procedure
Initiate Request:
- Contact our customer support team at support@gothicstyle.online within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.
Verification and Approval:
- Our customer support team will review your request and confirm if it meets the return or exchange conditions.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

- Return & Exchange address: After approval, customer service will provide the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Packaging and Shipping:
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
- Clearly affix the provided RA number on the package.
- Ship the package using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Product Inspection:
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the required conditions for return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with labels intact and free from any damage, tears, stains, scuffs, animal hair, makeup marks, or smoke odor. Products that come with gift boxes should be returned in the original packaging, including all contents. Please do not stick labels directly on gift boxes to avoid damage.
Refund or Exchange:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please note that return shipping fees, return losses, or restocking fees may apply depending on the nature of the return.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please place an order for the new item you want, and then return the original item for a refund. The replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days, depending on availability.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Returns caused by the customer, such as failure to collect the package in a timely manner leading to its return to the sender
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
