Shipping and Logistics

1. Is shipping free on your website?

Yes, our standard shipping is free worldwide, excluding some remote and sensitive areas. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies for free shipping, feel free to contact our customer service team at support@gothicstyle.online; they will be happy to assist you.

2. What is the estimated shipping time for your website?

We strive to ensure your order is delivered within 15-20 days. However, during holidays (such as Chinese New Year, National Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year), shipping times may be extended by an additional 1-2 weeks.

3. What shipping methods do you offer?

To ensure timely delivery, most of our orders are shipped via air freight, allowing us to reach global customers quickly.

4. Can I specify a courier service for my shipment?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific courier companies. We partner with several reliable courier services and choose the best shipping method based on your destination.

5. What can I do if I want to receive my package faster?

If you need expedited shipping, please contact customer service to arrange this service. Please note that additional fees will apply.

6. Do I need to pay customs duties for my package?

Yes, while we offer free shipping, customs duties and taxes are not included. These charges may vary depending on the destination country or market and are determined by the local customs authorities, which are beyond our control. These costs are the customer's responsibility.

7. What should I do if I forget to pick up my package from the post office in time?

We recommend regularly checking the tracking information for your package and being aware of any pick-up notifications from your local post office. Failure to collect your package within the specified time may result in it being returned to the sender.

8. What if my package is returned due to being unclaimed?

Any issues and associated costs arising from failing to collect your package, including but not limited to return fees and overdue charges, will be the customer's responsibility. This includes shipping costs and import duties incurred when the package is returned to China.

9. What should I do if I want to cancel my order after placing it?

Please carefully read our cancellation policy and conditions regarding order cancellations.

10. What are the requirements for returns and exchanges?

To qualify for a return or exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Generally, returns and exchanges are valid within 48 hours of receipt. If more than 48 hours have passed since you signed for the goods, unfortunately, we cannot provide any refunds or exchanges.

11. What should I do if I receive a package with a product issue?

If there is a quality issue with the product for any reason, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will then determine your eligibility for a return or exchange based on our Refund&Return policy and execute the necessary procedures accordingly.

12. If I choose expedited shipping and later request a return or exchange, will my expedited shipping fee be refunded?

Unfortunately, expedited shipping is considered an additional custom service, and according to our refund policy, these fees are non-refundable.

13. What is the procedure for returns and exchanges?

Please carefully read the instructions outlined in our return and exchange policy for the return/exchange process.

14. How long will it take to receive my refund or replacement package after processing a return or exchange?

If you are processing a refund, we will issue your refund within 5 business days after it is approved. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank for assistance. If you are processing an exchange, once we receive your returned package, we will initiate the shipping of the new package, following our shipping policy for delivery times.

Yes, you can rest assured that all crystal products on the GothicStyle website are made from 100% natural crystals.

Yes, our herbal products, including sage, Palo Santo, cedar, lavender, rosemary, and eucalyptus, are made from pure natural materials.

7. Are your essential oils and hydrosols free of additives?

Yes, the raw materials for our essential oils and hydrosols are sourced from pure natural plants, with no added ingredients.

8. What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to your essential oils or hydrosols?

Please confirm with your doctor whether you have sensitive skin or known allergens before purchasing essential oil or hydrosol products.

9. Are your incense products made from natural ingredients?

Yes, all incense and stick products on the GothicStyle website are made from 100% natural materials.

10. Are your jade products genuine?

Yes, all jade products on the GothicStyle website are made from genuine jade, primarily sourced from Xinjiang Hetian jade.

11. Do your crystals really have healing properties?

Our crystals are 100% natural products that can provide emotional relief and psychological healing when worn and used correctly. However, please do not rely solely on crystals for healing; always consult a qualified healthcare professional when necessary.

Do your Feng Shui products really attract wealth or ward off evil?

According to the principles of Chinese Feng Shui, all Feng Shui products have their own meanings. However, they are primarily a source of psychological comfort and spiritual support. They do not guarantee increased wealth or removal of negative energy. Each person's fate is in their own hands; do not rely too heavily on superstition, and instead focus on living positively and doing good deeds.

1. How can I become a member of Gothic Style?

You can become a member simply by making a purchase on our website.

2. How are the membership tiers differentiated?

We have three membership tiers: Basic, Intermediate, and Premium.

3. What are the requirements for each membership tier?

To become a Basic member, spend over $100 in a single purchase; for Intermediate membership, spend over $200; and for Premium membership, spend over $500.

4. What are the benefits of each membership tier?

Basic members will receive a small gift with their package; Intermediate members will also receive a gift and can provide their birth date for a complimentary BaZi reading; Premium members will receive a premium gift along with the same complimentary BaZi reading service.

Customization & Consultation Services

1. What customization services do you offer?

We offer customization for Gothic clothing, crystal products, jade items, and feng shui products. You can request custom materials, sizes, quantities, and styles. 2. Are customization services charged?

Yes, customization services come with two charges: a general consultation fee for all custom requests and the product fee based on your specific customizations. For detailed pricing, please reach out to our support team at support@gothicstyle.online.

3. What types of consultation services do you offer?

We offer personalized consultation services, including custom bracelets, necklaces, crystal trees, and feng shui layouts based on your birth date. We also provide healing consultations, feng shui guidance, Bazi fortune reading, and temple divination interpretations.

4. How are consultation services charged?

Each consultation service has a different fee. Please check the respective pages for specific pricing information.

5. As a member, can I access free consultation services?

Basic members do not receive free consultation services, but Intermediate and Premium members are entitled to one free consultation session. Please refer to the membership policy page for more details.

6. Are customization and consultation services charged per session?

Yes, all customization and consultation services are charged per session. If you need further consultations or customizations, each will require a new fee.

7. Can I request customization or consultation for someone else?

Yes, you can request services on behalf of family, friends, or colleagues. However, if you’re requesting Bazi readings or customizations based on birth date, each consultation covers only one individual. For example, if you want readings for both yourself and your partner, you’ll need to purchase two separate Bazi reading services.
